Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience.
• Experience as a student employee is considered.
• A combination of education and experience may be substituted for requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Refer individuals to CNM resources and explain CNM policies, procedures, and programs.
• Deliver information via telephone, in person, and online.
• Perform general office tasks, including data entry and retrieval, manual and electronic processing, answering telephones.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, procedures, protocols, and OSHA standards, and wear PPE if required.
• Provide support to students by referring them to appropriate resources within CNM.
• Explain CNM policies via various communication channels, including phone, in person, and online.
• Perform other general office tasks such as data entry, retrieval, and answering phones.
• Performs other related duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
