Job summary

Central New Mexico Community College in Albuquerque, NM seeks a Student Success Technician to support students and improve academic outcomes. You will collaborate with teachers, counselors, and staff to identify needs, organize workshops, and promote engagement in school activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent AND two years of experience.
• Preference: bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Shift: Mon-Thu 9am-6pm; Fri 8am-5pm; occasional Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Delivers information via telephone, in person, and online.
• Performs general office duties including data entry and retrieval.
• Ensures safety compliance and OSHA standards, wears PPE if required.
• Guides students by referring them to CNM resources.
• Explains CNM policies and programs through multiple channels.
• Performs additional clerical duties and related tasks.
• Refer individuals to CNM resources and explain CNM procedures.
