• Two (2) years of experience required; experience as a student employee counted.
• A combination of education and experience may substitute for requirements.

Responsibilities

• Referral to CNM resources and explanations of CNM policies and programs.
• Deliver information via telephone, in person, and online; handle general office duties.
• Ensure safety compliance and assist students with data entry and clerical tasks.
• Provide guidance by referring students to appropriate CNM resources through multiple channels.
