The position oversees tutoring technologies and AI-supported tools, trains staff, and develops workflows that enhance service delivery and assessment of tutoring programs in a dynamic campus setting.

Qualifications

• Typically holds a high school diploma or GED.
• Requires 2 or more years of job related experience.
• Preferred master’s degree in education or related area.
• Experience with student information systems and retention software.

Responsibilities

• Work within the Student Success Center to identify and prioritize technology needs to support student success and advising.
• Manage student cohorts and alerts in retention software; implement chatbot campaigns and manage chatbot conversations.
• Assess the effectiveness of technologies related to outreach and the student’s academic experience.
• Foster a culture of innovation and technology integration; deliver technology-related professional development for staff.
• Supervise student interns, tutors, SI Leaders, and other student employees; coordinate tutoring and SI services; oversee tutoring software and AI tools.
• Other duties as assigned.
