Job summary

The SC Technical College System seeks a Student Services and Strategic Initiatives Coordinator to provide leadership to the sixteen technical colleges on student affairs, staff development, compliance, and strategic initiatives.

You will coordinate professional development opportunities, workshops, webinars, and partnerships while supporting data collection, annual reports, and external communications with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant program experience.
• Master’s degree in a related field with experience in student affairs program design, development, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the sixteen technical colleges on matters related to student affairs, staff development, compliance, and strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate professional development opportunities and other strategic initiatives including workshops, webinars, or trainings; foster new projects or partnerships.
• Assist with compliance reviews, data collection and review, and provide recommendations; prepare annual reports and disseminate information to stakeholders.
