This role blends information systems, big data, and communications to support operations, with training delivery and oversight of tutoring tech and AI tools.

The position focuses on developing tech workflows, assessing new tools, and ensuring policy and data privacy compliance while supervising student staff and coordinating tutoring

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 2 years of job-related experience.
• Successful background check required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize technology needs to support student success and advising.
• Manage retention software cohorts and alerts; implement chatbot campaigns.
• Assess technology effectiveness and stay current with educational tech trends.
• Foster innovation and deliver technology-related staff development.
• Supervise interns, tutors, SI leaders; coordinate tutoring and AI tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
