Job summary

Arizona State University’s West Campus hosts the Outreach Analyst 2 role within University College. The position supports undergraduates, graduates, and professional students by delivering career and retention programming and AISSS services to promote academic success.

The incumbent will coordinate events, maintain student records in the AISSS database, and provide guidance on career options, all while collaborating with campus partners to ensure program effectiveness and timely reporting to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

Provides direct student services and coordinates the AISSS center.
Coordinates events, workshops, seminars, and conferences.
Responds to student questions and guides option selections for career options.
Tracks student academic progress and advises on problems and policy.
Maintains student records and analyzes enrollment and program data.
Collaborates with campus entities to ensure efficient student outreach and retention activities.
Uses Salesforce Portal and other tools to provide proactive student support.
Generates periodic reports for management and external agencies.
