Responsibilities

• Provides individual and group advising for First-Year students to support academic success.
• Executes campaigns and events to increase retention and persistence among the First-Year cohort.
• Leads New Student Orientation and onboarding activities for new students.
• Advises students on university policies, degree progress, and available support services.
• Maintains accurate student records and generates reports for retention analytics.
• Collaborates with faculty, financial aid, and campus services to resolve student issues.

Education
