Job summary

Arizona State University in Tempe is seeking an Outreach Analyst 2 to develop and coordinate K–12 outreach programs, engage community partners, and promote college readiness. The role is based on the Tempe campus with regular travel to other ASU campuses and community sites around metropolitan Phoenix.

The position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build long‑term relationships with students, families, schools, and partners to support Access ASU’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in outreach/education or related field.
• Experience with K–12 outreach and higher education preferred.
• Experience coordinating educational programs, workshops, events.
• Ability to build relationships with students, families, schools, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver presentations and programming to promote college readiness.
• Coordinate outreach events, workshops, and campus visits with partners.
• Represent Access ASU at campus, school, and community events.
• Track participation and outcomes to inform program improvements.
