Job summary

Arizona State University in Tempe is seeking an Outreach Analyst 2 to develop and coordinate K–12 outreach and pre-college programs, promoting college readiness and pathways to higher education.

You will lead workshops, coordinate events, manage logistics, track participation, and nurture relationships with schools, families, and community partners, reporting to the Assistant Director.

This role requires organization, adaptability, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field; OR, Any equivalent combination of experience and/or training from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
• Master qualifications include experience with K–12 outreach programs and higher education settings are preferred.
• Experience coordinating outreach programs, workshops, and events is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Outreach Programming and Student Engagement: Develop and deliver presentations, workshops, and programming for K–12 students and families.
• Cohort Program Coordination: Implement cohort-based programs that engage students over multiple years and track outcomes.
• Program Planning and Operations: Manage registration, communications, facilities, schedules, materials, and budgets.
• Partnership Development: Build and sustain relationships with schools, community organizations, and ASU partners.
• Program Evaluation: Collect and analyze data to assess effectiveness and inform improvements.
