You will participate in orientation and onboarding events, manage multiple systems, and collaborate with teams to improve student success in a hybrid work environment when business needs allow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of experience in the field or equivalent combination of experience/training.
• Experience in academic advising or higher education settings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for advising and retention efforts.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group FYS academic advising and support to First-Year students.
• Lead and support onboarding, orientation, and engagement events to boost retention.
• Execute strategic campaigns and outreach to increase persistence and graduation rates.
• Utilize multiple systems (student records, CRM, degree progress tools, analytics) effectively.
• Monitor student performance and address concerns with empathy and accuracy.
• Collaborate with advising and retention teams to support university initiatives.
