Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three (3) years of experience in the field or an equivalent combination of experience/training.
• Demonstrated knowledge of graduate education and advising.
• Experience collaborating with faculty, staff, and students.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience supporting graduate students in research-oriented or immersion programs.
• Experience with ASU tools such as Salesforce, PeopleSoft, and AppXtender.

Responsibilities

• Advises students on degree requirements, coursework, steps, and required paperwork.
• Handles registration-related inquiries and paperwork.
• Collaborates to approve Plans of Study (iPOS) with students and faculty.
• Guides students through milestones and required paperwork.
• Maintains organized graduate program files and accurate records.
• Interprets and explains ASU policies to students, faculty, and staff.
• Supports graduate committees and school initiatives.
• Coordinates graduate funding tracking and fellowship nominations.
• Organizes student communications and engagement events.
• Prepares reports to track enrollment and progress.
