Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years of experience in the field or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct student services and coordinates the AISSS center.
• Coordinates events, workshops, seminars, meetings, and culturally relevant programs.
• Guides students on options aligned with goals, interests and skills for career options.
• Tracks academic progress, identifies issues, and provides guidance and problem solving.
• Maintains student records and analyzes enrollment and progress data.
• Prepares periodic or special management reports as required.
• Collaborates with campus entities to ensure efficiency and policy compliance.
• Travels to AISSS centers to attend meetings and events as needed.
• Supports AISSS social media content and engagement.
