• Ability to access work sites and operate in a compliant and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Supports and maintains comprehensive student outreach, case management, and retention initiatives designed to promote enrollment persistence and credential completion.
• Monitors student progress using early alert systems, retention analytics, and other indicators to identify at-risk students and coordinate timely interventions.
• Maintains accurate case documentation, tracks intervention outcomes, and evaluates the effectiveness of retention strategies.
• Collaborates with faculty, advisors, Financial Aid, Counseling, Tutoring, and community partners to connect students with resources and remove barriers to success.
