Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Two (2) years of experience in one or more of the following: Academic Advising, Student Success, Retention Programs, Case Management, Student Affairs, Community College Student Services.
• Experience working with Community college students, Adult learners, First-generation students, Rural and commuter student populations.
• State Motor Vehicle Operator's License or demonstrable ability to gain access to work site(s).
• An appropriate combination of education, training, coursework, and experience may qualify a candidate.

Responsibilities

• Student Outreach, Case Management & Retention Support: supports outreach, case management and retention initiatives to promote enrollment persistence and academic success.
• Student Support, Collaboration & Customer Service: provides customer service and collaborates with campus partners to connect students with resources.
• Program & Engagement Support: assists in retention-focused programs, workshops, and engagement opportunities.
• Culture of Respect: fosters a safe environment of respect and inclusion for all.
• Schedule: may require non-traditional hours, e.g., 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm.
