Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Two years of related work experience in student advisement, career counseling, or community counseling services is expected.
• Experience assisting with resume preparation and interview practice is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise and counsel students in identifying career paths.
• Assist students with resume writing, mock interviews, and preparation for job fairs.
• Coordinate academic advising and student support services to boost program persistence.
• Maintain employer contacts and organize campus visits for recruiting and interviewing.
