Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in student advising, success, or retention programs preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse student populations and campuses.

Responsibilities

• Engage in student outreach and retention initiatives to promote persistence and success.
• Monitor progress using early alert systems and analytics to identify at-risk students.
• Collaborate with faculty, advisors, and services to remove barriers to success.
• Maintain documentation of interventions and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Provide professional customer service and coordinate referrals to campus resources.
