Job summary

Roxbury Community College seeks a Student Success Project Lead for the Learn & Earn program to support engagement, navigation of resources, and success in gateway courses. Working under the Academic Success Technology Coordinator, you will coordinate projects and help design workshops and student materials.

This Level III position requires independence, professional communication, and project coordination with a weekly 10–12 hour schedule for Fall 2026 and Spring 2027, supervised by Dr.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assigned student-success projects, activities, timelines, and deliverables under supervisor direction.
• Support the development and implementation of student outreach and engagement strategies.
• Assist with the design, coordination, and facilitation of workshops, presentations, and student-success activities.
• Develop student-facing resources, presentations, guides, and digital materials using supervisor-approved information.
• Support student outreach and follow-up using approved communication protocols.
• Compile and organize participation data, outreach records, project information, and status updates for supervisor review.
• Develop spreadsheets, presentations, project trackers, and other materials to support implementation and evaluation.
• Assist with coordinating activities across participating Care Units, departments, faculty, and staff.
• Support the use of Navigate360/EAB and other approved RCC technology to advance student-success initiatives.
• Monitor assigned project tasks and timelines and communicate progress, challenges, and outstanding needs to the supervisor.
• Provide peer leadership and appropriate student navigation while referring matters to RCC staff.
• Identify opportunities to improve student-facing processes and provide recommendations to the supervisor.
• Support special projects and strategic student-success initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle student information in accordance with FERPA and RCC requirements.
• Participate in Learn & Earn professional development and CESJ activities.
