Job summary

Holyoke Community College seeks a Student Success Platform Manager to lead EAB Navigate360 campus-wide. You will train staff, manage user access, and ensure data standards while coordinating with IT and campus partners on upgrades and integrations.

The role drives efforts for onboarding, advising, success, and retention throughNavigate360 initiatives. You’ll collaborate with Institutional Effectiveness and Enrollment teams to validate data, develop campaigns, and report on student outcomes in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years coordinating technology programs or similar leadership experience.
• Experience administering student success software, especially Navigate360.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Application Manager for Navigate360; manage access, training, and data standards.
• Coordinate with IT and stakeholders to support upgrades and system integrations.
• Provide end-user support and run workshops on Navigate360 features.
• Collaborate to align Navigate360 with campus-wide student success initiatives.
• Develop action plans from feedback to continuously improve the platform.
