Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiar with CRLA ITTPC standards.
• Familiar with UMKC Supplemental Instruction standards.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to apply policies.
• Proficient in using computer-based testing platforms and standard office software.
• Ability to obtain DPI and Pearson VUE GED Testing Services certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations for peer tutoring program including scheduling.
• Oversee hiring and onboarding of peer tutors; conduct 1:1 and group meetings.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training for tutors per ITTPC standards.
• Coordinate student employees as Peer Educators and provide academic coaching.
• Collaborate with faculty to identify supplemental instruction opportunities.
• Develop and track data to measure usage and impact of support programs.
• Proctor GED testing as needed; support data collection for grants and budgets.
