• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of experience in administrative staff work.
• Proficiency with office automation software and basic data handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support for Student Success Programs initiatives.
• Coordinate accounts payable, maintain departmental files, and manage office supplies and equipment.
• Maintain and coordinate calendars, travel, and scheduling for staff meetings.
• Prepare agendas and record minutes for staff, suite, and departmental meetings; assist with program logistics.
• Coordinate communications and marketing efforts, including TU Today announcements and newsletters.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and payroll processing for student employees and SSP staff.
