Job summary

The role requires building collaborative relationships within the College and University, delivering excellent service, and supporting retention and graduation goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or BA with relevant professional experience) in Engineering, Education, Counseling, Student Personnel Services, or a relevant field.
• Experience in a student-focused setting (academic advising, counseling, or related student services).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for document creation, data management, and filing in a professional setting.
• Ability to travel occasionally and work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-impact academic, professional, and personal support for undergraduate students in the College of Engineering.
• Manage day-to-day programmatic and operational needs of Clark Scholars Program and STEP.
• Help students connect to other student services to support retention, graduation, and well-being.
