Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in business or a technical field.
• Excellent communication skills and proven training/teaching ability.
• Proven leadership or management experience in academic programs preferred.
• Strong public speaking/presentation skills.
• Proven customer interface skills in a project execution or business development role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct multiple MSBA programs/tracks (e.g., MSBA-BA, FIN).
• Budget and track expenditures; market and recruit new students; teach in the MSBA program.
• Supervise and evaluate capstone analytics projects; interface with corporate capstone sponsors.
• Mentor MSBA students; coach resumes, cover letters, and presentations; enhance student communication skills.
• Maintain strategic relationships with corporate sponsors to support MSBA activities.
