Qualifications

• Knowledge of the purpose of community colleges and the vision of Dallas College.
• Knowledge of Dallas College certificates, programs and degrees.
• Understanding of college and community resources addressing holistic student needs (basic needs, mental health, career prep, leadership).
• Knowledge of baseline financial aid and FAFSA information.
• Familiarity with FERPA, Title IX and related policies for student services.
• Ability to track and monitor student progress via technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide concierge-styled student case management from enrollment to completion.
• Offer advising, career exploration, and wrap-around resource connections.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, and community partners to support students.
• Monitor student progress and intervene to improve persistence and outcomes.
• Support remote student engagement and access to services.
