Responsibilities

• Serve as the central, ongoing case manager for a caseload of Dallas College students.
• Provide high‑quality customer service and professional academic advising.
• Offer career exploration, resource referrals, orientation, and registration assistance.
• Respond to student inquiries within 1 business day via phone, email, and tech tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to connect students to supports.
• Utilize technologies to streamline communications, nudges, and progress monitoring.
