• Master’s degree preferred; official transcripts may be required.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the central, ongoing case manager for an assigned caseload of Dallas College students.
• Provide high-quality customer service and professional academic advising.
• Offer career exploration, resource referrals, orientation, and registration assistance.
• Respond to student inquiries within 1 business day via phone, email, and technology tools.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to connect students with supports.
