Qualifications

• Excellent communication with a student-centered approach.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable in a metrics-driven, performance-focused environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

• Document interactions and outcomes in CampusNexus and other systems
• Participate in cohort tracking, audits, and reporting
• Collaborate with Academic, Admissions, Financial Aid, and Employer Engagement teams
