Job summary

AIM, the Aviation Institute of Maintenance, is hiring a Student Success Coordinator in Houston, TX. This role focuses on retention, certification readiness, and program completion, working within a student-centered team to support learners from onboarding through graduation.

You will build relationships, address barriers, and help students achieve milestones while collaborating with multiple departments to improve outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor preferred.
• 1–2 years in student services, advising, or related support.
• Experience in post-secondary education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload of students and meet defined performance metrics.
• Serve as a consistent point of contact and advocate for students throughout their journey.
• Proactively address barriers to persistence, certification readiness, and completion.
• Document interactions and participate in cohort tracking and audits.
