Job summary

Aviation Institute of Maintenance is seeking a Student Success Coordinator to support students from onboarding to graduation, focusing on retention, certification completion, and academic persistence.

You will work closely with academics, admissions, and student support teams in a metrics-driven environment, managing a caseload and advocating for students to ensure they stay on track and reach milestones.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively manage a student caseload and meet defined performance metrics
• Retention and persistence
• Certification readiness and attainment
• Graduation progression
• Contribute to a performance-driven culture focused on measurable student outcomes
• Serve as a consistent point of contact and advocate for assigned students
• Build relationships that foster trust, accountability, and follow-through
• Identify and address barriers to persistence and certification completion
• Support students with attendance, academic standing, and program navigation
• Drive certification outcomes through early intervention, follow-up, and milestone tracking
• Monitor student progress with Academic leadership and instructors
• Provide resource referrals, accommodations, and escalation pathways
• Document all student interactions in CampusNexus and other systems
• Participate in cohort tracking and required audits
• Contribute to weekly/monthly reporting tied to student success metrics
• Collaborate with Academic, Admissions, Financial Aid, and Employer Engagement teams
• Support commencement and key milestones events
