Job summary

City Year is seeking entry-level, paid, full-time AmeriCorps members to coach and mentor students across elementary to high school levels. You’ll support academic success, attendance, and positive behaviors, while collaborating with teachers to monitor progress and provide targeted in-class assistance.

Benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, and a bi-weekly living stipend. Training is provided at the start of the year.

• Ability to support students 1:1 and in small groups
• Strong classroom collaboration with teachers and staff
• Demonstrated commitment to youth education
