Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with experience working with undergraduate college students in an academic or student support setting.
• Experience working with academic curricula, degree requirements, policies and procedures in a higher education setting.
• Progressively responsible experience providing customer service in an office environment.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level administrative support, customer service, and technical support to Health Professions Advising.
• Enhance undergraduate, post-bacc, and graduate student pre-professional support with advising and technical assistance.
• Coordinate communication of important dates, deadlines and procedures to advisees and staff.
