• Demonstrated experience using common office software productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-level administrative support to the director, faculty, staff, and students.
• Interprets data and performs fiscal management of scholarship funds with MSU Foundation and Financial Aid Office.
• Maintains department calendars, course schedules, room reservations and textbook orders; organizes meetings.
• Assists in ensuring compliance with department, college, university, state and federal policies and guidelines.
• Designs, creates, and maintains department newsletters, promotional materials, and web pages.
