Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of related work experience.
• Two years of managerial or supervisory experience.
• Experience with TargetX (Salesforce) or another higher education CRM.

Responsibilities

• Direct the student help center on the Floyd County Campus and supervise student success staff.
• Administer admissions policies and procedures and oversee admissions, acceptance, and readmission of students.
• Provide career and technical guidance to prospective and current students; assist in planning registration and orientation.
