Job summary

Georgia Northwestern Technical College seeks a on-Floyd County Campus Student Success Coordinator to oversee the student help center and supervise staff, with occasional travel to other campuses and evening/weekend hours. Reports to the Director of Student Success.

The role requires directing admissions processes, advising students, and coordinating recruitment and engagement activities while using TargetX/Salesforce CRM to manage data and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and two years of related work experience (experience may substitute degree).
• Preferred: Master’s degree or 4 years in related field.
• Experience with CRM software and student services.
• Two years of supervisory or managerial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in managing daily campus operations, programs, and services critical to student success functions.
• Administers admissions policies and procedures and organizes a sound admissions program.
• Oversee the admission, acceptance, and readmission of students.
• Assists in institutional recruitment efforts of new students.
• Provide career and technical guidance to prospective and current students.
• Utilizes CRM software to process student information, review documentation, and analyze reports.
• Plans, coordinates, and conducts tours; coordinates registration and orientation.
