Georgia Highlands College is seeking an Enrollment Services Representative for the Floyd campus to provide enrollment services support and serve as an initial contact for the site. Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and perform mathematical calculations at a level commonly associated with the completion of high school or equivalent.
• Experience understanding basic principles relevant to the major duties, usually associated with an apprenticeship/internship or 1–2 years in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Greets visitors on campus and virtually; acts as a central referral resource and provides basic information and assistance regarding the college.
• Serves as a general representative in the phone queue and hosts the virtual HUB.
• Refers prospective and continuing students and community visitors to appropriate personnel.
• Provides information and assistance regarding admissions, financial aid, and enrollment services.
• Receives and screens enrollment documentation; scans documents and prepares for courier.
• Monitors and responds to the 411 Ticketing System; forwards emails to appropriate personnel.
• Assists students with general computer and printer issues and resetting passwords.
• Escorts students to appropriate offices; performs cashier duties and processes payments.
• Takes photos and processes student ID cards; performs other duties as assigned.
