Job summary

Elizabethtown Community & Technical College is seeking a dedicated Success Coach to support students across campus locations. The role focuses on academic coaching, admissions info, assessment, and enrollment guidance within the Student Success Hub at the Elizabethtown campus.

The successful candidate will collaborate with advisors, provide early intervention strategies, and may teach FYE105 as needed. A Bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of relevant experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience required.
• Typical years of relevant experience: 4–6 years.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with academic advisors to help students set realistic goals.
• Coordinate early alert outreach to at-risk students.
• Refer students to support services and coordinate with Family Scholar House if needed.
• Prepare retention reports and participate in enrollment activities.
• Teach FYE105 and related courses when required.
