Position Overview

The success coach position is responsible for helping students complete administrative tasks, facilitating student academic success, participating in recruiting and college events, and serving as a point of contact for prospective students, current students, and faculty.

Base Hourly Rate: $17.00

Required Qualifications

• Understanding of community college mission
• Successful experience in customer service
• Understanding and belief in community college mission and vision
• Associate's Degree or significant successful college experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in educational setting, higher education a plus
• Experience working with diverse learners
