Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and experience in student services programs.
• Experience in student services, academic advising, enrollment management, retention, or student success programs within a higher education environment.
• Knowledge of student support resources, academic advising practices, enrollment processes, and student success strategies.
• Experience utilizing student information systems, advising platforms, case management systems, or related technologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and other technology used to support student services operations.
• Excellent written, verbal, customer service, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, manage multiple priorities, and function effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to establish positive relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide onboarding, academic planning, registration support, and referrals to college resources.
• Develop relationships with academic departments to support student success initiatives.
• Support an assigned caseload of students navigating academic, financial, and personal challenges.
• Monitor progress, respond to alerts, and implement proactive interventions.
• Utilize student success tools to track engagement and outcomes.
• Review and maintain student records and onboarding documentation with confidentiality.
• Assist with identifying financial aid resources and enrollment processes.
• Participate in student success initiatives and institutional committees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
