The role involves guiding applicants through the EC3 process, advising on course selection, and assisting with registrations in Workday, with opportunities to participate in recruitment and college events.

Qualifications

• Understanding of community college mission.
• Successful experience in customer service.
• Understanding and belief in community college mission and vision.
• Associate degree or significant college experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and welcome visitors and students at EC3 locations.
• Educate students about EC3 and its unique role in the area.
• Assist students with the EC3 application process.
• Advise students on class selection.
• Assist students with the registration process in Workday.
• Support student success in assigned courses.
• Connect students to college and community resources.
• Participate in recruiting and enrollment events.
