South College seeks a Student Success Advisor to support student achievement and retention across multiple campuses. You will collaborate with the Senior Director of Student Success to guide onboarding, advising, and ongoing support for students in their academic journey.

Responsibilities include regular outreach, managing the student life cycle, and proactive engagement with at-risk students to ensure persistence and success within a competency-based education framework.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree required; education, psychology, social work, or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Attend to student outreach and follow-ups with students and staff in a timely manner.
• Support student life cycle: onboarding, ongoing advising, and quarterly reviews.
• Meet with advisees at acceptance to help acclimate to academic life and set goals.
• Proactively contact at-risk students weekly to provide resources and escalate issues.
• Monitor progress and ensure adherence to academic plans and retention targets.
