Job summary

Strategic Education, Inc. is seeking an Academic Coach to serve as the primary contact for learners from orientation through program completion. You will coach, mentor, and remove barriers to help learners stay on track and achieve their educational goals.

You will partner with faculty and university partners to address learner concerns, using analytics and outreach to drive completion and success. Strong relationship-building and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience coaching adult learners or working with faculty preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel 0–10% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic planning and engagement with learners.
• Coach learners to achieve program completion and set milestones.
• Monitor learner progress and mitigate academic risk.
• Collaborate with faculty and university partners to address learner concerns.
• Maintain thorough documentation of learner interactions.
