A Texas-based educational institution seeks a Learning Coach to offer structured support to students in their academic pursuits. This role involves one-on-one coaching, evaluations of student needs, and coordination of support initiatives within the Academic Success Center. Successful candidates should demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills and a flexible approach to enhance student engagement. The position requires in-person presence in the Academic Success Center with a maximum of 20 work hours per week, including possible weekend and evening commitments.

Qualifications

• Strong planning skills to implement and evaluate support activities.
• Proficient in electronic communication and document preparation.
• Experience in delivering coaching or mentoring outside a classroom environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide one-on-one and group coaching for academic improvement.
