Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, special education, psychology, or a related discipline and three years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic academic support through individualized meetings with undergraduate students.
• Meet with students in person and remotely to help progress toward academic, personal, and professional goals.
• Support New Student Orientation (NSO) and related advising efforts as needed.
• Promote student retention, academic achievement, and degree completion.
