Job summary

Qualifications

• Some college coursework is required.
• At least 1 year of exceptional customer service or advising experience in an education setting is preferred.
• Ability to access and maintain the NSLDS system.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams), internet apps, and database software.

Responsibilities

• Assist with new student enrollment by partnering with Admissions to answer queries and outline program costs and funding options.
• Develop and validate a financial plan and timelines for applicants to ensure financial preparedness.
• Monitor student accounts and advise on financial eligibility and awards to support outcomes.
• Analyze student data to identify obstacles and collaborate with students to overcome them.
• Document interactions accurately in the designated institutional system.
