Ultimate Medical Academy is seeking a Student Success Specialist to guide allied health students and act as the primary contact for learners through voice, text, and video. You will provide academic guidance on courses, policies, and expectations to support retention.

The role involves supporting at-risk learners, meeting retention targets with the team, and being flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed. This is a US-based opportunity with a nationwide campus network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship building, and basic computer skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
