Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in behavioral sciences, public administration, business administration or related field; two years of professional student services experience.
• Master’s degree may substitute for one year of experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to advise individually and in groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, relational, holistic academic advising to undergraduate students.
• Support students from matriculation through graduation to promote retention and success.
• Develop and implement campaigns to increase retention and reduce equity gaps.
• Access and maintain student tracking data and report on outcomes.
• Collaborate with departments and offices to create a seamless advising environment.
