Qualifications

• Master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, counseling, or related field preferred.
• Experience advising diverse student populations preferred.
• Knowledge of university policies, degree requirements, and graduation processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized and group advising to undergraduate students on course selection, GE, major/minor requirements, academic planning, and degree completion.
• Monitor academic progress and provide outreach to support retention and timely graduation.
• Interpret and communicate university, college, and departmental policies; assist with petitions and course exceptions with faculty support.
