Upper Crust Food Service, LLC is seeking a classically trained Kitchen Assistant to support the culinary team across campus dining operations. You will help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen, ensure equipment readiness, and stock supplies to keep the service flow smooth and customer-focused.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adherence to food safety standards, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.

Formación

• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with operating a commercial dishwasher.
• Understanding of industry best practices for sanitation.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Wash utensils, equipment and dishes using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Put away clean dishes, glassware, and pots and pans.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Sweep and wash floors and assist with deliveries.
• Communicate regularly with management via calls, emails, and texts.
