Job summary

Upper Crust Food Service, LLC is hiring Student Stewards to support the culinary team in a fast-paced environment on campus. You will help maintain a clean, sanitary kitchen and dining area, operate a commercial dishwasher, and assist with basic food prep and stocking.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude, with exposure to busy kitchen settings and safety guidelines. Training provided where needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Experience operating a commercial dishwasher.
• Be familiar with the industry's best practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining room.
• Wash kitchen utensils, equipment and dishes using a dishwasher or by hand.
• Put away clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Sweep and wash floors.
• Sort and remove trash, designated pickup areas.
