Job summary

Upper Crust Food Service is seeking a Student Steward to support our culinary team in a busy kitchen and dining environment. The role focuses on maintaining cleanliness, assisting with dishwashing, and ensuring supplies are stocked and organized for service.

You will work closely with coworkers to uphold a positive atmosphere and professional standards. The position requires the ability to pass a background check, a basic kitchen safety understanding, and the willingness to obtain a valid food

Qualifications

• Must be able to work well in a team environment.
• Experience with commercial dishwashers is a plus.
• Knowledge of standard kitchen safety and sanitation practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen and dining area.
• Wash utensils, equipment and dishes by dishwashing machine or by hand.
• Stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, or salad bars.
• Assist with unloading and organizing deliveries.
• Support management with clear communication via calls, emails, and texts.
